Go to kwsp.gov.my, choose the Employer tab, click Register, then select the online registration option under Where To Register.

Select Company Registration (ROC) for a Sdn. Bhd. or Business Registration (ROB) for an enterprise or business. Then select the employee employment commencement date.

Enter the MyKad or passport number, business or company registration number and mobile telephone number. Complete the verification and click Continue.

Review the displayed employer details, complete the business address where required, choose the nature of business, enter number of employees and fill in contact details.

Complete the mobile number and email for the company director or business owner. Then enter the i-Akaun administrator details, including identification, office phone, email, designation and TAC mobile number.

After reviewing the declaration, submit the registration. Once successful, download the registration confirmation and proceed to activate i-Akaun (Employer).

Keep the employer registration notice and employer registration certificate for company records, payroll setup and future EPF-related administration.
